2.Solutions for different customer demands regarding logo production processes.

Laser engraving: A fiber laser engraving machine is used, with an engraving accuracy of 0.01mm. It can form a texture with controllable depth (0.1-0.3mm) on the surface of the baking varnish layer. The edge of the logo has no burrs and presents a matte metallic texture.

Screen printing: It uses imported nylon screen and high adhesion ink, supporting multi-color overprinting (up to 6 colors). The ink thickness is controlled at 10-20μm. After drying, it closely combines with the baking varnish layer, and the abrasion resistance is ≥500 times.

Metal nameplate inlay: The nameplates made of brass or stainless steel are precisely carved by CNC and then fixed in the preset grooves of the box body with seamless inlay technology. The nameplates are flush with the baked paint layer, and the edge gap is ≤0.02mm, enhancing the high-end texture of the product.

UV transfer: Utilizing UV curing technology, the logo pattern is transferred to the curved or curved parts of the box body. The pattern resolution reaches 300dpi, featuring scratch resistance and UV resistance, and will not fade over long-term use.

3.Full-process quality control Six quality inspection procedures are set up (raw material inspection → cutting inspection → polishing inspection → spraying inspection →logo inspection → finished product inspection). For each batch, 5% of the products are randomly selected for sealing performance testing (simulating an 85% humidity environment for 24 hours, with the humidity fluctuation inside the box ≤3%) and drop testing (no damage when dropped from a height of 1.2 meters). Ensure a 100% factory qualification rate
