4.Spraying parameters:Spray thickness 30-50μm, drying time 6-8 hours (oven temperature 60℃), enhancing the adhesion of the paint surface

5.Topcoat: Applied in 2-3 layers, each layer thickness 20-30μm, with an interval of 4-6 hours for drying, avoiding paint run-off;
6.Clear coat: Finally, apply 1 layer of transparent clear coat (thickness 15-20μm), enhancing wear resistance (pencil hardness test ≥ 2H)

7.Box surface paint inspection: Sample each batch with strong light irradiation, checking for run-off, pinholes, and color differences (color difference tester detects ΔE ≤ 1.0, no visible difference with the naked eye).
