Process description:

1. Choose high quality ceder wood and Use environmentally friendly "water-based paint" or "high-solid-content PU paint" : Water-based paint uses water as the solvent, with a VOC (volatile organic compound) content of ≤100g/ L. High-solid-content PU paint has a low solvent content and almost no volatile substances are released after curing, which will not contaminate the cigars stored in the box and ensure the pure aroma of the cigars.

2.Automated spraying line: The automatic electrostatic spraying machine ensures uniform paint film thickness with an error of no more than 5μm, avoiding uneven spraying thickness. After spraying, it enters the "constant temperature leveling room" (controlled temperature 25℃ and humidity 50%) to allow the paint film to flow naturally, reducing bubbles and pinholes. Finally, it undergoes "UV curing" or "low-temperature drying" to ensure that the paint film dries thoroughly and achieves a "mirror-like" smoothness.

3.The painting process of high-end cigar boxes strictly adheres to environmental protection standards to ensure safety and non-toxicity.
