1.Selected cedar wood craftsmanship: Screening is carried out by manually selecting high-quality cedar wood with a diameter of over 20cm and an age of over 15 years, ensuring uniform wood density (0.45-0.55g/cm³). With the help of a wood flaw detector, wood with internal insect infestation or cracks is removed. Screening is conducted through a moisture content tester to select wood with a moisture content of 12%-15%. Avoid deformation and cracking problems in subsequent processing.
2.Multi-step sanding process: Using a sanding machine for mechanical sanding to remove burrs and processing marks on the wood surface, and fully manually sanding the corners and seams to ensure that the surface of the box body feels fine and free of graininess.
3.Polishing process: After the spray painting is completed, first use sponge sandpaper for fine grinding to remove any minor flaws on the paint surface. Then, use a wool polishing wheel in combination with polishing wax (containing chromium oxide) and polish at a rotational speed of 1200r/min to achieve a surface gloss of 80-90GU (for the glossy version) or 30-40GU (for the matte version), presenting a mirror-like texture.
