Feature:

1.Select high-quality wood production areas around the world (such as North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia) to establish long-term cooperation. Through pretreatment processes such as high-temperature degreasing, drying balance, pest and corrosion prevention, the moisture content of the wood is controlled at 8%-12% (suitable for different regional climates) to avoid cracking and deformation of the finished product.

2.Wood cutting machines and laser cutting machines are used to achieve a cutting error of no more than 0.1mm, suitable for complex shapes. They are equipped with fully automatic spraying lines and UV curing machines to ensure uniform coverage of paint and wood wax oil, with fast drying speed and controllable coating thickness.

3.Environmentally friendly materials: Prioritize the use of FSC-certified wood (ensuring the legal and sustainable source of wood), E0-grade eco-friendly boards, solvent-free paint/food-grade wood wax oil, and comply with international environmental protection standards such as the EU REACH and the US FDA.

4.Process environmental protection: Low-temperature drying technology (reducing energy consumption) and water circulation spraying system are adopted to reduce paint waste and pollution. Dust collection equipment is used, and the dust concentration in the workshop is ≤10mg/m³, meeting occupational health standards.
